Wildwood Ovens and BBQs

Although I am sadly not in the market for buying a wood burning oven or Brazilian BBQ, Wildwood Ovens and BBQ's offers cooking classes--something I think I can swing. I've taken several cooking classes around Los Angeles, but when I read about Wildwood's classes I had sign up for one almost immediately. Their classes are offered at their Eagle Rock store where have an outdoor and indoor kitchen, as well as several wood fire ovens, Brazilian BBQ, and an al fresco dining area. I have my first class coming up so I will keep you "posted"...
when can we eat what you learn to cook? i hope it's something pulled...or maybe something with pineapple?
